It's not an easy thing to make the zoom platform come to life yet your combination of presentation/film and interactive chat was artful. Thank you for sharing wisdom and deep care for our team.  I know the benefit will have a ripple effect through our team and everyone they interact with."

THE FUTURE OF WORK PROGRAM

The Future of Work: Creating the New Hybrid/Remote Workplace

4-Week program includes:

  • 4 highly-engaging Zoom experiences for the whole company

  • Resources and films each week between the Zooms

  • Innovative leadership involvement
  • Customization to brand and emphasis on purpose/values alignment

  • A roadmap for your New Hybrid/Remote Workplace

“The most engaging Zoom experience of the pandemic.” - NPR’s Inflection Point

"Tiffany and her team did a wonderful job engaging our audience in an all virtual setting - so lively and fun at each of the 4 sessions. Tiffany and Sawyer took the time to get to know us, understand our people, our current reality - and then they applied their research, films, and concepts in ways that amplified our culture, messaging, and intentions. The concepts introduced were timely, relevant, and they inspired many of our employees to start trying new habits. I would recommend Tiffany's program as a great way to engage employees in conversation about creating a new future of work together." - Clif Bar's Director of Org and People Development

Week 3: Rethinking Your Time

We explore the science behind why your brain needs different modes. Just like interval training, and cross-training, our brains, bodies, and souls are most optimal when we balance between different states: connection, collaboration, creative flow, productive flow, and rest. We  workshop what this means for work and life.

WHAT WE EXPLORE

Humans + Technology - Making the Most of Both

  • A riveting journey through the science and history of the relationship between humanity and technology, focusing on when technology amplifies our humanity, and when it diminishes.

Maximizing Different Modes of Being

  • Our brains bodies, and souls are most optimal when we balance between different states: connection, collaboration, creative flow, productive flow, and rest. We  workshop what this means for work and life.

Time On and Time Off

  • How do we create a culture that respects both the company's and the individual's time in this new way we are working (using "scheduled emails" to arrive during work hours, not scheduling stressful meetings on Friday afternoons, offering mental health days).

Time Management of In-Person vs Remote

  • What tasks are best to do in the office vs remote? When is Zoom better, when is phone? How does fostering these skills of time management and leadership lead to more productivity, less burnout, and better quality of life?

The Power of Unplugging

  • Discover the groundbreaking benefits of turning off screens regularly. Just like interval training for athletes leads to better performance, taking breaks from screens, and from work, will lead to better performance.

Purpose and Values Alignment

  • The pandemic has forced us all to reprioritize. Employees are seeking more meaning, purpose, and value in their work. How do we shift the way we work so that company and employee values are aligned.
